| This building, a double duplex townhouse in the Brooklyn Heights historic district, was designed by the Federal Style architect Mott Schmidt in 1910. The lower duplex has been extensively renovated and a new living room pavilion constructed which connects the house to a new terrace and garden. Continuing the Classicism of the original house, the new work provides modern, open living areas in a style consistent with the existing design idiom. |
