Lofts Monosson Loft This project involved the complete build-out of a raw garment manufacturing space to provide a two-bedroom loft. The design features the replacement of ordinary double-hung windows with enormous Mondrian-derived windows facing south. An old cast iron column is preserved in the middle of the space and visually separates the kitchen from the living area.
