Apartments Adler Apartment This duplex at the 1980 Apartment building on the corner of 57th & Park involved a complete renovation. Major new reception areas were created on the Park Avenue side linked by the existing stair. New kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms were provided throughout. A spare, elegant aesthetic of anigre panelling, cream-toned encaustic plaster, ecru-colored marble and quarter sawn oak parquet flooring was developed for the main rooms.
